Term 1 week 4

Today we did nothing much . Today we learnt about mercy . We were told to give the meaning and an example for mercy like :

Mercy : a refraining from harming or punishing offenders, enemies, persons in one's power, etc.; kindness in excess of what may be expected or demanded by fairness; forbearance and compassion .


sentence : He will know how to repay us in kind for mercy shown to him.

Then after we have done finding the meaning and sentence for mercy , we have to work with our partners to find the quality of mercy and we have to search for it in The Merchant of Venice text . Unfortunately , we did not have enough time to finish the worksheet and we have to do it as homework . But before we can go for our recess , we have to hand in our drawing of the setting of the 3 witches .
